Writer and photographer W. Scott Olsen is giving an artist talk Thursday, February 24th at the Plains Art Museum on his exhibition, “Notes Toward the Soul of Water: A Photojournalist Adventure.” The FM Arts series is funded in part by The Arts Partnership, with support from the Cities of Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo.
