Monday, March 21, 2022 – As the war in Ukraine continues to unfold, so does the scope of the humanitarian crisis. Aid organizations like Project Hope have flocked to the region. Its CEO is Rabih Torbay, based in Washington; and its director of emergency response and preparedness is Tom Cotter, currently overseeing the efforts on the ground in Romania.
