Thursday, June 3, 2021 - “Backstories: The Kitchen Table Talk Cookbook” is a new publication from The Digital Press at the University of North Dakota. This collection of essays from more than three dozen writers includes perspectives on the pandemic and situates them amid the long history of cooking, food, and women's work in the home.
