Friday, August 16, 2019 – Davies High School senior and clarinetist Joanna Lin represented Fargo in the National Youth Orchestra 2 this summer. She’s also the founder and executive director of Resonate, an organization reaching out to rural communities across North Dakota to provide students with inspiration, exposure, and education to help them become passionate musicians and artists. ~~~ Flooding on the Mississippi has marooned many Midwest commodities for months, affecting the grain trade.
