Food Service Worker Shortage ~ ND United's Nick Archuleta

Monday, February 18, 2019 – First Fridays at B is an event where people gather to discuss important food topics. In February, it focused on the food worker shortage. The featured guests were Kyle Armitage, associate professor of culinary arts at the North Dakota State College of Science; Lisa Gibson of Sanford Health; and Nichole Hensen of Nichole’s Fine Pastry.
