9-11 Remembered

A former Bismarck native, Casey Paul, lives in New York City. At the time, she says she lived with three other women in what she called a “shoebox with a million dollar view.” That view included the twin towers of the World Trade Center.

On this anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center, a former Bismarck man is remembering that day because of a change in flight plans.
