Chef Sean Sherman, Oglala Lakota, born in Pine Ridge, SD is known as the Sioux Chef. His main culinary focus is “pre-reservation” indigenous knowledge of wild and traditionally cultivated food. On August 6th he’ll be presenting a traditional dinner at Coteau des Prairies Lodge, near Havana, ND. ~~~ Farmers are in a never-ending battle with weeds. Their main weapons are chemical herbicides, but could exposure to those chemicals cause cancer?
