The Fargo-Moorhead Symphony's first full-scale concert coming out of pandemic restrictions is their 10th "Symphony Rocks" Executive Director Paul Hegland talks about what it will be like. He also gives a bit of history of this way of performing, and certainly expresses gratitude at the chance to have the full symphony playing for an in-person audience again.
