Crafting Activity Planned at Welk Homestead State Historic Site

The Welk Homestead State Historic Site will host “Creative Crafting: Make Your Own Bubble Solution and Wand” on June 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. Assistant Site Supervisor Amanda Baumgartner will lead the hands-on demonstration. The program is free and open to the public.

This session is a spin on the beloved bubble machine that was a signature piece of each Lawrence Welk television show.

The Welk Homestead, located at 845 88th St. SE, Strasburg, is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
