Dacotah Mandan Lions Strides Walk. Sunday April 19th 1:30 pm
Please join us at the Mandan Middle School. This walk raises funds to pay the fees so that local kids with Type 1 diabetes can attend a week long summer camp ($700 per child). Walk 3 or 5 miles around the track at the school or if inclement weather, the gym will be used. $20 per participant. Registration starts at 1:30 pm. Grab your sneakers, grab some friends, come alone, join us for a very worthy cause that directly supports local kids have a week where every kid there is the same as they are, wears an insulin pump, does finger pokes, checks their glucose levels, etc. instead of being the only kid in their classroom.
