Bismarck's Urban Harvest Continues to Grow

For six Thursdays in the summer, the streets of downtown Bismarck fill with food, vendors and music.

Urban Harvest has been a Bismarck tradition for nine years. Katie Jenkins is owner of Rising Phoenix Jewelry. This is her third summer at Urban Harvest.

“Urban harvest is fun because it gets everyone outside and downtown during the week,” Jenkins said. “It’s just a reason to be outside and enjoying what little summer we get.”

Jenkins sells chain-link and beaded jewelry at Urban Harvest. She said earrings and bracelets are her most popular products.

Jenkins said she has noticed many new vendors in last couple years. She said Urban Harvest has great food and music available.

Urban Harvest will continue for three more weeks.
