One more COVID-19 death; 38 new cases

Another person has passed away due to complications of the novel coronavirus in North Dakota, bringing the statewide death toll to 25.

The patient was a man in his 90s from Cass County. He had underlying health conditions.

In addition, 38 new individuals tested positive for COVID-19. 33 of the new cases were from Cass County, 2 were from Grand Forks County, and one each were from Stark, Stutsman and Williams Counties. The new statewide positive total stands at 1,191.

1,806 tests were conducted yesterday. 33,353 tests have been performed overall.

There have been 90 hospitalizations. 31 people are currently hospitalized.

There have been 517 recoveries. There are currently 649 active cases.
