Software company steps in to assist Glasser Images clients and photographers

ShootProof

ShootProof is an all in one photography platform that shares images through online galleries.

A software company that specializes in online photo galleries is stepping up to assist former clients and photographers impacted by the recent shuttering of Glasser Images.

The Bismarck-based photography company abruptly announced its closure earlier this month.

James Scott is COO of ShootProof, an all-in-one photography platform which operates across the US and world to provide online galleries for clients to download their images. He says many of his employees are also photographers, and felt a deep responsibility to step up and help.

Scott says it is hoped ShootProof can begin hosting images in their galleries by the end of the year. He says hundreds of recent events were just photographed, and are in various stages of editing.

"We're setting up an internal team that is specifically going to be focused on this project. It's really a top priority for us, but we're really at the start of this process and there are a lot of unanswered questions at this time, which we're working through as quickly as possible so we can start providing some answers to the photographers and clients. Our goal is to use our software and technology to connect as many clients to the images of their weddings and special events."

Scott says ShootProof is also working to help connect clients of Glasser Images to the photographers who shot their weddings, and assist photographers with free image hosting. Clients will be able to access their photos for up to a year.

Scott says an information hub has been set up for Glasser clients and photographers to access any new information, which can be found online at www.shootproof.com/glasser.
