In the last seven days, the state health department has confirmed 336 new cases of COVID-19.
According to the department’s coronavirus dashboard, this averages out to about 48 new cases per day. The dashboard lists North Dakota’s case rate per 100,000 people as 44.
76 cases were confirmed in Cass County, 37 in Grand Forks County and 20 in Burleigh County.
23 inpatient hospital beds are currently occupied with covid patients. Nine beds are occupied with covid patients in ICUs. In the last seven days, 14 patients with COVID-19 have been admitted to hospitals.
