In the last seven days, 1,406 official cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed by the State Health and Human Services Department.
This averages out to about 200 new cases per day. According to the department’s coronavirus dashboard, North Dakota’s seven-day case rate per 100,000 people is 184.
338 cases were reported from Cass County, 208 from Burleigh County and 155 from Grand Forks County.
In the last seven days, 60 new patients were admitted to area hospitals with COVID-19. There are currently 74 inpatient beds and 14 ICU beds occupied with COVID patients.
