ND COVID-19: 764 new reported cases this week

North Dakota’s COVID numbers continue to trend downward.

North Dakota's reported COVID-19 cases are still trending downward.

The state Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed 764 new cases in the last seven days. This averages out to roughly 109 new cases statewide per day. The department's dashboard says North Dakota's case rate per 100,000 people is 100.

188 new cases were reported from Cass County, 121 from Burleigh County and 80 from Grand Forks County.

In the last seven days, 54 new patients were admitted to area hospitals with COVID-19. Statewide, 50 inpatient beds and four ICU beds are currently occupied with COVID patients.
