Hear the 2020 PBS Kids Writers Contest winning stories, read aloud by their authors
Each year, children in Prairie Public's broadcast area from kindergarten through third grade are invited to write and illustrate their own stories to submit in Prairie Public's PBS Kids Writers Contest.
Area librarians and educators evaluate the entries to choose one First Place story, along with three Red Ribbon Favorite stories, in each grade level.
"Where Are My Glasses?" by Trey Woods
"My Magic Trip Home" by Lilia Kambeitz
"Cooper and the Germ" by Victoria Arsenault
"Prela's Learning Adventures: Prela Goes to the Shelter" by Paisley Staley
