Free Dance Week at Northern Plains Dance!

Curious about dance? Come try it for FREE!
From January 12–17, Northern Plains Dance is opening its doors to kids ages 3–18 for a full week of free trial classes. This is the perfect opportunity for new dancers to explore different styles, meet our instructors, and experience the fun and creativity of our welcoming dance community — all with no commitment.
Whether your child is interested in ballet, jazz, hip hop, or contemporary, there’s something for every age and level.
No experience needed. Just bring energy and enthusiasm!

Adaptive Dance Classes

We have six different sessions for our adaptive dance program.

Classes are once a week during each session on Friday nights from 5:45-6:15pm

Defy Gravity: Wicked-Themed 21+ BYOB Adult Dance Class
Are you good... or are you wicked?
Step into the emerald spotlight and unleash your inner Elphaba or Glinda in this magical adults-only dance class inspired by the iconic Wicked musical. With powerful choreography set to the show’s most unforgettable songs, you'll channel fierce energy, bold emotion, and a little witchy attitude.
No dance experience needed – just a love of drama and a good beat
BYOB – Bring your favorite potion
Ages 21+ only
Whether you’re dancing "Popular" or ready to "Defy Gravity," this is your night to feel powerful, confident, and totally spellbinding.

Join Officer Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and friends for a wild week of dancing, games, and creativity at our Zootopia Dance Camp! We'll explore the fun and fast-paced world of Zootopia through music, movement, and imagination.
What’s included:
High-energy dance classes to music from Zootopia
Animal-themed crafts and dress-up fun
No dance experience needed – just bring your energy and love for animals and adventure!

Each week a new game testing your knowledge in music, science, history, film, literature, geography, current events, pop culture, sports and more. With a new and unique themed twist each week.
Maximum team size of 6.
Beer and Pride to the top teams, and a pair of Comedy tickets given away each week to one random team.
