The state health department has confirmed two more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 1,555.
Deaths are reported to the state health department by facilities or by official death record, and can take up to ten days to be confirmed.
According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 364 new individuals from 37 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 115,668.
These results were from a pool of 6,659 tests for a daily positive rate of 5.72 percent.
215 of those positives were PCR tests, and 149 were antigen tests.

2,187,893 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 465,045 unique individuals have been tested.
53 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.
Since yesterday 169 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 112,270. This leaves 1,843 active confirmed cases.
