ND COVID-19: 3 deaths confirmed, 373 new cases

Today's results are from a batch of over 4,500 tests for a positivity rate of 8.48 percent.

The state health department has confirmed three more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 1,576.

Deaths are reported to the state health department by facilities or by official death record, and can take up to ten days to be confirmed.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 373 individuals from 36 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 123,104.

These results were from a pool of 4,513 tests for a daily positive rate of 8.48 percent.

58 of those positives were PCR tests, and 315 were antigen tests.

The cases broken down by county are:

2,308,173 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 484,479 unique individuals have been tested.

100 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.

Since yesterday 434 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 118,816. This leaves 2,712 active confirmed cases.
