Health department now updating COVID-19 cases on weekly basis

ND Dept of Health

336 new cases were confirmed statewide over the past week.

As the state health department shifts its COVID-19 response from pandemic to endemic, updates to the department’s coronavirus dashboard will now be posted weekly instead of daily.

The new dashboard depicts weekly new case totals, a 7-day case rate per 100,000 individuals, and a detailed breakdown of statewide hospital capacity.

The new county map shows how many new COVID-19 cases were found in each county per week.

This week, a total of 336 new cases were confirmed statewide.

According to the dashboard, there are 83 total covid hospitalizations in North Dakota. 56 individuals have been admitted in the past week.
