ND COVID-19: 242 new cases confirmed in the last week

This averages out to roughly 35 new cases per day statewide.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 242 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in North Dakota over the past week.

This averages out to just under 35 new cases per day. The dashboard says the seven-day case rate per 100,000 individuals is 32.

61 new cases were confirmed in Cass County, 20 in Burleigh County, and 19 in both Grand Forks and Ward Counties.

In the last seven days, 32 new patients with COVID-19 were admitted to hospitals. A total of 53 inpatient beds and 15 ICU beds statewide are occupied with COVID patients. 76 percent of all inpatient beds and 55 percent of ICU beds are currently occupied.
