According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 1,829 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed statewide in the last seven days.
This amounts to roughly 261 cases per day. The dashboard says North Dakota’s case rate per 100,000 people is 240.
347 cases were found in Cass County, 251 in Burleigh County and 126 in Grand Forks County.
In the last week, 67 new patients were admitted to area hospitals with COVID-19. There are currently 69 inpatient beds and one ICU bed occupied by COVID patients.
