The state health department has confirmed fifteen additional deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 476.
The patients were:
- Woman in her 90s from Burleigh County.
- Man in his 60s from Grand Forks County.
- Woman in her 90s from Grand Forks County.
- Woman in her 80s from McHenry County.
- Man in his 70s from Ransom County.
- Woman in her 70s from Ward County.
- Woman in her 90s from Ward County.
- Man in his 80s from Ward County.
- Woman in her 80s from Ward County
- Woman in her 90s from Ward County.
- Man in his 80s from Ward County.
- Man in his 70s from Ward County.
- Woman in her 70s from Ward County
- Man in his 60s from Ward County.
- Woman in her 100s from Williams County.
896 new individuals from 50 counties have also tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 39,130.
These results were from a pool of 6,505 tests for a daily positive rate of 14.82 percent.

829,052 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 286,196 unique individuals have been tested.
According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 161 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19, and 283 individuals are hospitalized with the virus. There have been 1,478 hospitalizations total.
Since yesterday 683 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 32,339. This leaves 6,315 active confirmed cases.
