The North Dakota Department of Health has confirmed its fifteenth death due to COVID-19.
The patient was a woman in her 80s with underlying health conditions. She was from Cass County.
32 more individuals tested positive for the novel coronavirus yesterday, bringing the new statewide total to 709.
The cases broken down by county are:
- Burke County - 1
- Burleigh County - 2
- Cass County – 18
- Grand Forks County – 8
- Mountrail County - 2
- Richland County - 1
To date, 16,330 people have been tested for COVID-19. There have been 65 hospitalizations, with 18 people still hospitalized.
269 people have recovered. There remain 425 active cases in the state.
