26 deaths, 1,091 new COVID-19 cases

The state health department has confirmed 26 more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 769.

 

The patients were:

 

  • Man in his 90s from Burleigh County.
  • Man in his 80s from Burleigh County.
  • Man in his 90s from Burleigh County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Burleigh County.
  • Man in his 70s from Cass County.
  • Woman in her 50s from Cass County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Cass County.
  • Man in his 60s from Grant County.
  • Man in his 80s from Logan County.
  • Woman in her 90s from Morton County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Morton County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Pembina County.
  • Man in his 90s from Richland County.
  • Man in his 70s from Richland County.
  • Man in his 60s from Rolette County.
  • Man in his 80s from Stark County.
  • Man in his 80s from Stutsman County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Stutsman County.
  • Woman in her 80s from Ward County.
  • Man in his 80s from Ward County.
  • Woman in her 100s from Ward County.
  • Man in his 80s from Ward County.
  • Man in his 70s from Ward County.
  • Woman in her 70s from Ward County.
  • Man in his 50s from Ward County.
  • Woman in her 70s from Ward County. 

 
1,091 new individuals from 46 counties have also tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 65,967.

 

These results were from a pool of 8,749 tests for a daily positive rate of 13.66 percent.

1,022,763 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 327,340 unique individuals have been tested. 

 

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 304 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19, and 399 individuals are hospitalized with the virus. There have been 2,261 hospitalizations total.

 

Since yesterday 1,175 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 55,176. This leaves 10,022 active confirmed cases.
