The state health department has confirmed eleven more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 977.
The patients were:
* Man in his 80s from Burleigh County.
* Woman in her 40s from Burleigh County.
* Man in his 70s from Cass County.
* Woman in her 90s from Cass County.
* Man in his 70s from Cass County.
* Woman in her 70s from Divide County.
* Woman in her 100s from Foster County.
* Woman in her 90s from Grand Forks County.
* Man in his 80s from Ramsey County.
* Man in his 70s from Stutsman County.
* Woman in her 90s from Ward County.
978 new individuals from 47 counties have also tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 81,105.
These results were from a pool of 10,977 tests for a daily positive rate of 9.65 percent.

1,164,267 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 353,683 unique individuals have been tested.
According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 306 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19. There have been 2,791 hospitalizations total. The dashboard lists 13.36 percent of staffed hospital beds available statewide.
Since yesterday 640 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 74,667. This leaves 5,461 active confirmed cases.
