Guidelines for re-opening are being posted for businesses that were shut down last month in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Michelle Kommer is North Dakota's Commerce Commissioner. She says the guidelines are posted online at ndresponse.gov/covid-19-resources, and business owners of all kinds are encouraged to follow them.
Universal protocols and industry specific standards for bars and restaurants, fitness centers and personal care businesses are all posted. Kommer says guidelines for recreation centers, athletic centers, and movie theaters will be posted soon.
"It is only with these specific protections, and all of us working together - business, employers, and citizens - that North Dakota will be successful in our Smart Restart."
