The state health department has confirmed 15 more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 628.
The patients were:
· Man in his 80s from Burleigh County.
· Man in his 70s from Bottineau County.
· Man in his 80s from Bowman County.
· Man in his 80s from Cass County.
· Man in his 80s from Grand Forks County.
· Woman in her 90s from Grand Forks County.
· Woman in her 90s from Mercer County.
· Woman in her 90s from Morton County.
· Woman in her 80s from Stutsman County.
· Man in his 80s from Stutsman County.
· Man in his 90s from Stutsman County.
· Woman in her 80s from Ward County.
· Man in his 80s from Ward County.
· Woman in her 70s from Ward County.
· Woman in her 70s from Williams County.
1,615 new individuals from 52 counties have also tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 53,204.
These results were from a pool of 10,187 tests for a daily positive rate of 16.87 percent.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 240 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19, and 374 individuals are hospitalized with the virus. There have been 1,858 hospitalizations total.
Since yesterday 862 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 42,251. This leaves 10,325 active confirmed cases.
