Drunk Duck

1/3/2009:

When farmer J.B. Withers drained the ethanol-laden coolant from his radiator on this date in 1925, he had no idea what troubles he was pouring on to the ground.

An old, generally dignified duck, if such a duck exists, helped him clean up the mess afterward by drinking the mess!

However, the old drake got a bit more than its fill of this liquor, and soon went looking for a fight, which it found in the shape of a Tom Cat. The drake attacked the cat, beating it until it chased the predator away.

Unfortunately, with the last blow, it knocked itself out, and the drunk duck laid on its back until Mr. Withers set it back on its legs.

What a headache it must have had in the morning!
