ND COVID-19: 2,106 more cases, three additional deaths

Active cases have risen to 8,560.

The state health department has confirmed three more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 2,046.

Deaths are reported to the state health department by facilities or by official death record, and can take up to ten days to be confirmed.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 2,106 individuals from 48 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 192,239.

These results were from a pool of 14,344 tests for a daily positive rate of 16.1 percent.

906 of those positives were PCR tests, and 1,200 were antigen tests.

3,198,616 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 580,185 unique individuals have been tested.

135 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.

Since yesterday 1,030 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 181,633. This leaves 8,560 active confirmed cases.
