ND COVID-19 death toll reaches 80; 39 new cases

One more individual has passed away with COVID-19 in North Dakota. The statewide death toll now stands at 80.

 

The patient was a man in his 90s from Stark County. He had underlying health conditions.

 

39 new individuals have also tested positive for the novel coronavirus, bringing the statewide positive total to 3,615. The positive results were from a pool of 2,505 tests for a daily positive rate of 1.6 percent.

 

The cases broken down by county are:

 

  • Burleigh County - 9
  • Cass County – 15
  • Dunn County – 1
  • Grand Forks – 2
  • Mercer County – 1
  • Stark County – 2
  • Steele County – 1
  • Traill County – 2
  • Walsh County – 1
  • Williams County - 5

 
184,792 total tests have been administered, with 107,226 unique individuals tested.

 

20 people are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. There have been 234 total hospitalizations.

 

There have been 3,210 recoveries. There are currently 325 active confirmed cases.
