A second death due to COVID-19 has occurred in North Dakota.
The case was a woman in her 80s in McHenry County with underlying health conditions who acquired the disease through community spread.
The state health department has confirmed eleven additional cases of COVID-19 in the state since yesterday, bringing the new statewide total to 109.
The cases include:

A man in his 50s from Mountrail County, under investigation
A woman in her 30s from Mountrail County, under investigation
A woman in her 40s from Ward County, under investigation
A woman in her 30s from Ward County, under investigation
A woman in her 30s from Grand Forks County, under investigation
A man in his 30s from Grand Forks County, under investigation
A woman in her 20s from Cass County, under investigation
A woman in her 20s from Cass County, under investigation
A man in his 30s from Cass County, travel
A woman in her 30s from Cass County, travel
To date, 3,837 tests have been administered for COVID-19. That’s 113 since yesterday.
There have been 19 hospitalizations and 19 recoveries.
