Three more COVID-19 related deaths; state case total rises to 627

Three more people have passed away from complications of COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the statewide death toll to 13.

The patients were all from Cass County with underlying health conditions. They include a man in his 70s, a woman in her 80s and a woman her in 90s.

42 additional people from five counties tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 627. Counties with positive cases include:

Cass County – 34
Dunn County – 1
Grand Forks County – 4
Stutsman County – 2

To date 14, 747 people have been tested for the novel coronavirus in North Dakota. There have been 53 hospitalizations, with 17 patients still hospitalized. 189 people have recovered.
