One more North Dakotan has passed away with COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 74.
The patient was a woman in her 70s from Cass County. She had underlying health conditions.
Additionally, 39 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been detected in the state. The cases were from a pool of 3,375 tests for a daily positive rate of 1.2 percent.
26 of the new cases were from Cass County. Burleigh and McKenzie Counties each had three new cases. Dickey, Morton, Ransom, Richland, Traill, Ward and Williams Counties each had one new cases.
The total positive count of COVID-19 cases in North Dakota is 2,980.
There have been 123,082 tests overall, with 82,788 tests on unique individuals.
32 people are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. There have been 193 total hospitalizations.
There have been 2,515 recoveries. This leaves 391 active confirmed cases.
