Star-crossed lovers, red-handed blaggards, and damsels in distress will all be in attendance at the Badlands Opera Project Gala: Murder at the Opera! This formal, elegant evening will feature a fabulous four-course meal, inspiring (if murderous) music from Badlands Opera Project soloists and chorus, a silent auction, and a cash bar hosted by The Rock - including non-alcoholic options.
We invite you to join us for this incredible evening on Saturday, April 20 at the Southwest Art Gallery and Science Center in Dickinson. The social hour and silent auction begin at 6:00 p.m., and the dinner and program begin at 6:30. Formal attire is encouraged.

Angelica, the all-women’s choir of Central Dakota Children’s Choir, will present “A Celebration of Women’s Voices” on Sunday, April 21, at 3:00pm at First Baptist Church, 306 E. Divide Avenue, Bismarck. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. Tickets are available at aboutcdcc.org, by calling the office at 258-6516 and at the door. Concert is sponsored by Starion Bank.
Celebrate the unique sound of this talented 37-member high school women’s choir from 8 area public, private, and homeschools, directed by Michael Seil and accompanied by Carol Huck. Central Dakota Children’s Choir is now accepting registrations for “Singing for 2nd Graders.” This music class for 2nd graders will focus on the fundamentals of music using the child's singing voice. Each class will include not only singing, but also games, dancing, speaking and creating. Classes will be taught by CDCC Artistic Director, Teri Fay, on Tuesdays, January 9 – May 18 from 5:00 to 5:45 pm at the Bismarck Event Center, with a performance at the end of the session.
