It’s 1950, and new colors are being added to the Red Scare. Two U.S. State Department employees, Bob and Norma, have been tasked with identifying “sexual deviants” within their ranks. There’s just one problem: Both Bob and Norma are gay, and have married each other’s partners as a carefully constructed cover. Inspired by the true story of the earliest stirrings of the American gay rights movement, madcap classic sitcom-style laughs give way to provocative drama as two “All-American” couples are forced to stare down the closet door.

Bricks & Brews is a 21+ evening of building, fun, and community hosted alongside the BisMan Lego Club and Gideon’s Brewing on April 7th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Every guest will:
- Receive a LEGO Creator kit to build and take home (turtle or space shuttle, ~150 pieces)
- Enjoy a drink ticket for a local craft brew (may purchase more drinks at the event)
- Explore hands-on LEGO SPIKE Prime robotics and coding

Bring along a set you’ve been meaning to build or one you’ve had your eye on and make it a night of bricks, brews, and big ideas!

This event is for ages 21+. Tickets are $25 and include a LEGO Creator kit and a drink.
